Der Einsatz von Plugins ist auf der Plattform wordpress.com leider nicht gestattet. Steht so auch in den Supportseiten:

Plugins are tools used to extend the functionality of the WordPress platform. However, they are only applicable to privately-hosted blogs and web sites using the WordPress.org software. Plugins are not permitted on WordPress.com for various security reasons.

Plugins kannst du nur in selbst gehosteten WordPress Blogs nutzen.

sicherlich ist diese Frage schon geklärt, aber ich finde ansonsten keine Antwort, da ich kein "Internetfachmann" bin:
Kann ich in einem "wordpress blog" ein plugin z.B. all in one seo installieren? Ich finde in meinem Dashbord die Funktion Plugin nicht.
